IMPC Data Analysis Working Group (DAWG) Meeting, 12-13th July, 2018, London, UK
Summary: This 2018 meeting of the DAWG brings together members of the consortium, who are analysing IMPC data, with external groups interested in analysing or integrating data from IMPC. The aim is to build interactions with consortia annotating the human genome, such as the 100,000 genomes project and the UK BioBank. The overall goals of the meeting are to foster current collaborative data analysis projects and define new projects for the coming 1-2 years.
